Welcome to Healing Practice Box (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Company”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services, including our mental health professional subscription boxes and related materials (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using our website or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.
1. About Our Products
Healing Practice Box provides subscription boxes containing practical tools, activities, resources, and self-care items designed primarily for mental health professionals and others working in helping professions.Our products are intended to serve as educational and supportive resources. They are not intended to replace professional education, clinical training, professional judgment, supervision, consultation, or individualized assessment and treatment.Mental health professionals are responsible for determining whether and how any resource, activity, or tool is appropriate for a particular client, population, setting, or clinical circumstance.Our products are not intended to provide diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or individualized medical, psychological, or mental health advice.
2. Use of the Website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.You agree not to:Use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website, systems, or accounts.Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the website.Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit website content without our written permission.Use automated systems or software to scrape, collect, or reproduce website content without our permission.Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with another person or organization.Use our products, content, or website in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations.We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access to our website when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
3. Orders and Product Availability
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, pricing, and other information on our website are accurate. However, minor variations may occur, including differences in color, packaging, appearance, or individual items included in a subscription box.Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to:Limit quantities purchased;Correct errors or inaccuracies in product descriptions or pricing;Modify or discontinue products;Substitute an item of comparable value when an individual item becomes unavailable; andCancel an order when necessary, including when a product is unavailable or a pricing or listing error has occurred.If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will provide an appropriate refund.
4. One-Time Box Purchases
Customers may purchase an individual Healing Practice Box as a one-time purchase.A one-time purchase does not automatically renew or result in additional charges unless the customer separately enrolls in an annual subscription.Payment for one-time purchases is due at the time the order is placed.All one-time box purchases are subject to our Return Policy described below.
5. Annual Subscriptions
Customers may purchase an annual subscription to receive four (4) subscription boxes over a 12-month period, with one box shipped approximately once each quarter.
Each annual subscription includes:

A 12-month subscription period beginning with the customer's first subscription shipment
The total annual subscription price will be clearly displayed before purchase. By purchasing an annual subscription, you authorize us to process payment for the full annual subscription amount using the payment method provided at checkout.
Annual Subscription Changes and Cancellation
Annual subscriptions cannot be changed, modified, exchanged, or canceled after the purchase has been completed. By purchasing an annual subscription, you are committing to receive all four boxes included in that annual subscription.
Customers may not change an annual subscription to a different subscription option, change the number of boxes, substitute a different subscription, or request a refund for remaining boxes after the annual subscription has been purchased, except where required by applicable law or as otherwise provided in our policy for missing, damaged, defective, lost, or incorrect items.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, an annual subscription does not automatically renew at the end of the 12-month subscription period.
The specific products and resources included in each quarterly box may vary. Individual items may be substituted with items of comparable value when necessary due to availability or other circumstances.
Subscription pricing, box contents, and other subscription terms may change for future subscription periods. Any changes will not affect an existing annual subscription unless otherwise stated and permitted by applicable law.
6. Return and Refund PolicyAll Healing Practice Box sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges of Healing Practice Boxes.Because our boxes are curated and prepared specifically for our customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges for unwanted, unused, or otherwise unneeded boxes.
Any unauthorized returns sent to us will not be eligible for a refund. This no-return policy applies to both one-time purchases and annual subscriptions, subject to the exceptions described below for missing, damaged, defective, lost, or incorrect items.
Issues With an Order
We want you to receive your Healing Practice Box in the condition and form in which it was intended to arrive.If your order contains a missing, damaged, defective, lost, wrong, or incorrect item, you must contact us within two (2) weeks of your delivery date.When contacting us, please provide your order information and, when applicable, photographs or other information that will help us understand the issue.After reviewing the issue, we may, at our discretion and as appropriate, provide a replacement item, replacement box, store credit, refund, or another reasonable resolution.Requests submitted more than two weeks after the delivery date may not be eligible for replacement, refund, or other resolution.Nothing in this Return Policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Our shipping policies, including estimated delivery times, shipping charges, and procedures for damaged, lost, or returned packages, are described in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, weather, natural disasters, governmental actions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
8. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. Price changes will not affect completed purchases unless otherwise required by law.Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.We are not responsible for errors or delays caused by third-party payment processors.

10. Professional Use of Materials
Our products may include worksheets, activities, discussion prompts, games, educational resources, self-care tools, or other materials intended for use by mental health professionals.A purchaser may use materials included in their purchased box for appropriate personal or professional purposes consistent with the intended use of the product.
However, unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasers may not:

11. No Guarantee of Clinical Outcomes
Our products are designed to support mental health professionals by providing practical resources and tools. However, we do not guarantee any particular clinical, therapeutic, behavioral, educational, or professional outcome from the use of our products.The effectiveness and appropriateness of any tool may vary depending on the individual, setting, population, professional judgment, and manner in which the resource is used.Nothing contained in our products or website is intended to establish a therapist-client relationship or provide individualized mental health treatment.
